How to lose pounds & inches

If you really want to lose pounds and inches, you need to be committed.

Lots of people consider losing weight to be a temporary situation. When they’ve lost a few pounds, possibly to enable them to wear a particular dress, they immediately return to their old eating habits.

To lose pounds and inches, and keep it off, you need to commit to a positive lifestyle.

The changes to your eating habits must be permanent changes.

This does not mean you can never eat cakes or chocolates again or enjoy a G & T.

Enjoy these on an occasional basis.
