1. Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this Site are as set out on the Site and are in Pounds Sterling.

Our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

2. Copyright, Trade Marks and Site Content

JULIE BROWN SLIMPLAN is the owner of the trademarks appearing on this Site and all associated trade names, logos and devices unless indicated to the contrary. All other trademarks, logos and names appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners, as indicated.

You may download and print extracts from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you by such downloading.

You may not make any other use of material on this Site (including reproductions except as above, publication, alteration or distribution) without our prior written permission.

3. General

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between Us.

In these terms and conditions:- 'JULIE BROWN SLIMPLAN, JBS, Winchester Diet, TWD and We' means, Winchester Diet Ltd and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business; 'Us' means JULIE BROWN SLIMPLAN, WINCHESTER DIET either alone or together with you, as the context requires; 'Working day' means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays; and 'You' means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions.

4. Delivery

We aim to ship all hardcopy orders by First Class Post within three working days of receipt and clearing of payment. If any part of your order is likely to take longer than three working days to despatch, we will telephone or email you and you can cancel the order if you wish. In the unlikely event of an order taking longer than 30 days to deliver, a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order. Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

5. Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

6. Cancellation Period

The purchaser may cancel any hardcopy item bought within 7 working days starting the day after receipt of the order without having to give a reason, and we will credit your card with the full price paid within 30 days of cancellation. A deduction from the refund will be made to cover the costs of collecting items purchased if not already returned by the purchaser. Goods must be returned unused and in an "as new" condition with return delivery charges prepaid. We regret that one item cannot be exchanged for another, if you require a substitute item, the unwanted item must be returned and a full refund made and a new order submitted. Please note that items delivered through electronic means (i.e. as an email attachment or download) cannot be returned - nor can refunds be made due to the nature of the product.
